it's for my daughters bike. Grip keeps on slipping, so lock on is the way to go, but need something very slim.

Thinnest gripshift lock on I have come across is the ODI Ruffian.

Yep, Ruffians are pretty skinny. I think I've got an old set of gripshift sized ones kicking about. You can have 'em for postage, bung me an email with your address, my username at gmail dot com. The collars are green and they're a bit worn but they'll still do the job.

Anything is compatible with a hacksaw and you get a custom size. Used the pro one ended grips but on the esi ones now.

Don't get lock ons? Bontrager xxx Lite are very thin - if you mean diameter? If you mean width then you can adjust this with a hacksaw as Mike says.

Lock one, because normal ones end up twisting as my daughter anchors her hand on them to change gear. I didn't think you could trim lockons, but I've never has real ones.
