Not meaning to stereotype but I'm going to anyway, I've just seen a guy on what looked a really well looked after on one. He looked about as much mountain biker as my nan. Got a good description of him and obviously where has based. Looked like he'd just nipped somewhere as I saw him twice. I may be well off the mark but just thought I'd put it out there as I know thieving is rife again locally.
