If so then get yourselves down to Quest Adventures in Broadwater, Worthing for a 10am start.

Normally we ride for about 3-4 hours with coffe & cake at [url= http://www.parklifecoffeebar.co.uk/ ]Parklife[/url] at the end (bring some cash for this).
The pace is relaxed so no one will be left behind
For those who were on the Xmas Singletrack Southern Ride this will again be lead by Hummerlicious, if you weren't on that ride then take the chance to find out what you missed.
Hopefully we'll see some of you there ?
