Also seen a few snippets on other sites about them but they do not seem to be available for purchase anywhere that I can find?
STW article says Madison.co.uk but I thought they were more of a wholesale supplier/importer operation?
Madison have got stock so most bike shops should be able to get you a pair.
I recently bought the spd versions from Bike Tart in Canterbury that they had on offer. I hadn't purchased from them before but they were great and got them to me quickly without issue for a very good price. They seem to carry a large range of Pearl Izumi in stock so they'd be my first port of call.
