[Closed] Anyone know of a Cannondale that's been stolen in Oxford?

Biking back from work this evening, and noticed something slightly dubious - a chap pushing a very nice looking Cannondale (baby blue, lefty fork, medium sized, hardtail) from the John Allen Centre across the road towards Templars Square, for those who know Oxford. This was at about 6.20pm, chap was mid to late 20s, long curly hair, wearing a white t shirt and black tracky b's. Didn't get a great look at the bike (even though i did a double take), and I'm not up on the Cannondale range so couldn't recognise the model, but it looked pretty new.

So, anyone's pride and joy, or am i just being paronoid/stereotyping people based on appearance and location?
