I've stayed Here - owner was fine with us keeping our bikes in our rooms on newspaper, short walk to pubs etc.

Not a b&b but Reditreks bunkhouse in Mach is ideal for NYA and CYB.

What he said, but you can stay in the bunkhouse for £12 ppn if one night or £10 ppn for more than one night. Just make sure you aren't in the rooms next to the kitchen!
Stayed there 5-6 times now.

Heulwen guest house, just north of Dolgellau, rideable to CyB (via backroads or bridleway). We've been staying there on our club trips for the last five years and will be going back as long as they'll have us! Amazing views, superb food as well as important boring stuff like bike storage. Tell them TROG sent you!

Maesgwm Farm. 100 yards from the top of the final descent on the Tarw. Found in by accident earlier this year. Very good value self-catering and lovely accommodation
