Yes...ran Bonty ACX tyres on 355 29er rims with inner tubes; it was a bloody fight getting the damn things on though.

Mate of mine is running Flow rims with Maxxis 2.25 Advantage tyres as he's still not managed to get his butt round to mine so i can do the converstion for him. There's no reason why it should cause a problem.
