Very very slow broadband speeds streaming from sites like BBC?

Mine really sucks today but I don't know if thats the ISP or the link I have to the wireless router.

Been with O2 for 18 months - never had a dropped connection. Get a solid 6.5Mbps download without fail. Never had a problem. (Edinburgh)
