I can't find any guides or 'favourite/most popular route' are there any?
Or have you done one and have any route recommendations, etc?

On the old forum someone did a really good ride report of a route across Scotland - unfortunately that's now gone forever :(.
If anyone has a GPS files maybe the best thing would be to upload it to one of the routes sites - then post the link here?

Ullapool to Bonar Bridge. About 60km.with last 15km on tarmac. Possibly anything from 5 to 9 hours but should be doable in a day. There was a ride report in MBR June 2004. Hoping to ride this in June.
