I've obtained an old but OK Fox Vanilla R rear shock, however the damping characteristics seem to be set up for someone considerably lighter than myself.
Has anyone successfully had one of these shocks altered ? If so, who by ?

A friend got one tuned by TF a while back felt really good (It was also PUSHed)

i did by tf tuned before i got it - so not a clue if it was better.
My new van r will be going to loco for some tuning as the compression could do with slowing down

Got a tuned van r from TF - has been spot on for everything bar standing up and stamping the pedals which was explained to me at the time of purchase. Could be std for all I know but works very well.
