had some issues with my saint rear mech at the coed y brenin enduro, which turned out to be a broken P-tension spring. As it was impossible for me to source one, I had it replaced at the local bike shop.
the mech was "fixed" with the new spring but on this weekends ride, unfortunately the mech stopped working again. on close inspection, I've discovered that they haven't put the P-seal ring on which is why the spring keeps slipping. I've spoken to them today and they've told me that they'll need to order one in (for 99p) but they're out of stock at shimano until the 9th of jan!!!
so was wondering if anyone has one that lying around that I can buy?!?

I just had a quick gander on an XTR tech doc and the part number is identical. That being the case, I can help you out by taking one from an old mech and post it to you.
Won't be able to do it until Thursday or Friday but it's not a problem.
Hopefully, Mister P will be along and confirm it is a standard part across all rear mechs.
