Hi all, on my hols in ambleston Pembrokeshire - got my bikes, and a new garmin. Does anyone have any good routes (prob road, but have the mtb too) of 60-80 miles ish, I can grab?

Theres a STW feature on the preselis too.. cant remember which issue.
Theres gotta be something worth riding on a mtb on Carn Ingli up by Newport.
Some cheeky coastpath riding.
Theyve been building some trails here recently but not ridden there
