As above, found this place https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/United_Kingdom_National_Cycle_Network/National_Routes
but no GPX files coming up on the links, explored out the other way today but they do seem to like putting the signs in the bushes among other places so spent a while trying to navigate a few sections - Cheers
