We've seen this https://www.lebanontrail.org/ and are thinking about MTB'ing along it.
Haven't done anything so far beyond a few Google searches and getting the GPS https://ridewithgps.com/routes/31269560.
It looks like it would be possible to start at one end and see how far we can get each day, staying in whichever village we reach.
We'd be in a group of 2 to 4. All reasonably fit.
The pictures and videos we've found suggest that some bits would be rideable, some bits pushable, and some might require carries. I'm hoping the rideable proportion is high.
One of our group (who suggested the plan) has a wedding to go to in Lebanon at the end of June so that would probably be when we go. The happy couple are Lebanese but don't MTB or hike.
Does anyone here have any experience of the trail to share?
