Not the long departed shop, but the all singing, all dancing website?
Initial delivery date has come and gone with no notification to me. I've rung them and I now know how important my call is to them. I've e-mailed and been told they will reply to me - sometime. I've been on live chat and all their agents are busy, every time I try.
I'm no nearer to knowing when, or even if, this bike will ever arrive.
Anyone any experience of them?
