God that was hard work - so fast, heart rate at 210 for 2 laps, didn't go below 200 after the first corner, died on my last lap. I think I'm not big enough for the fast stuff, only consolation is that I was faster in the corners than the group I ended up in.

I have absolutely no recollection of most of it. RB was there shouting obscenities at me which I didn't hear.
