All reports from people who've come in the shop today are of lots of ice

Hayfield is in The Dark Peak, right?

Part of todays route was Chinley Churn, Phoside, Coldwell Clough, Campsite Descent, 20 Trees and, Middle Moor.

It was rideable in places, some more so than others, but everywhere had plenty of ice. Did a bit of walking down as too dangerous to ride but still had a giggle

Nornal route time is about 3.5 hrs, today it was 4.5 hrs for the same distance and feel more knackered

HTH

Super-grippy! I use Ice Spikers - excellent for ice; can be hard work on snow.
