thinking of buying one of these for my helmet,anybody got one?

I have, the best £20 I've ever spent.

teamed it up with a helmet mount
spare battery
charger

came to less than £40 in total 🙂

also got a SSPC7 handlebar mounted light to go with it.....great, great deal!!!

the mount on the handlebar mount isn't the best though!

is the battery rechargeable ? did you get the charger from the same sight?

yes! the battery for the torch and the battery for the SSPC7 handlebar light are both re-chargeable.

I would advise to purchase maybe 3 batteries for the torch, you get at least 1 hour of light per battery when running at 900 lumens.

battery for the light below consists of 4 of the torch batteries fitted together in a neat little unit......as I say though the mount is crap!!!

charger....ok, we (me & my mates) ordered everything from the same site!

we ordered the following:

chargers
uk plug adapters
spare batteries for torch
helmet mounts
torch
p7 handlebar mounted lights

will check mail in a few minutes, will see if I've still got the part nummbers somewhere.

NB: forgot to say, the batteries I've mentioned in the mail.

they have "no memory" effect, this means you don;t need to drain them completely before a re-charge!
