With the battery adjusted shock? Am I asking for a world of pain with something like this?
Looks pretty decent spec for the money. Lapierre (SRAM), BMC (Fox) and Orbea (Fox) are other manufacturers that spring to mind using the same or similar shocks. The system seems to get good review and people on MTBR seem happy with the durability and reliability. STW reviewed the Lapierre's Ei when they first came about and seemed to like it too. As you are buying new you will be well covered by the warranty so I personally wouldn't have any qualms about giving it a try. Looks tidier than Fox's attempt too. There was a lot of publicity about the systems about a year ago then in the media... I guess certain frame manufacturers have exclusive agreements with the sus companies as they put a lot in to the development which has delayed the roll out???
