Hi looking to replace xo twist rubber grips as they are totally worn looked at the price of srams replacement ones ouch ! wondering if the sachs ones on ebay priced at £5 are compatible and how easy a job is it ?

forgot to say the sachs ones look exactly the same as the sram replacements!
