go training for work alot in daventry, stay in a little pub in the vbillage of badby a few miles outside. does anyone know if there is any trails etc out that way

Badby woods used to be full of trails a lot of which were man made. Certainly enough to keep you busy for an evening or 2 a week.
get in touch with Leisure Lakes there. they do evening rides.

Pondy, I've not ridden there for years but have a memory of riding through a brick archway into the woods. I remember a lot of singletrack, some of man made.
Please leave Badby woods alone. Its private woodland and enviromentaly special - blubells. Having been born and brought up near Badby I was quite shocked on a visit after some years away to see how trashed it was looking (mtb trails).
