Specifically a scott scale with a stupid 34.9 seatpost. If i want to fit a dropper i'll need to buy a new reverb, when i already have a perfectly good 30.9 in the spares box.
Has anyone actually damaged a frame doing this, as i struggle to see what the issue would be. I'm sure the warrany may be affected, but between the forum, how on earth would they know if id used a shim?

I've two shims in my carbon framed Cube at the mo, as I've a 27.2 dropper. Will buy a Reverb and then just one shim.
