Ghetto, gorilla tape?
Any experiences / thoughts?

Looks like a big old gap at the joint.
goriila tape
3 litre ghetto pump
front went up easily, 2nd was harder
2 lines of gorilla tape up to the rim edge
inlate with inner tube to seat both sides
take tube out carefully only breaking the seating on the downside and then fingers crossewd and ghetto pump away!
i have a beargrease as well and that went up really easily.
i dont think all the floaters are exactly the same
I have on-one wheelset and floaters. Tried for an hour with a compressor and gave up. I read on mtbr of people taping foam between layers of Gorilla tape to get the tyres to seat but that seemed too much of a bodge.
My floaters are very loose so I got bored trying to build up enough tape and gave up. Might try some different tyres.
