Hi all. Have been trying in vain to contact Pipedream cycles as am interested in potentially getting a frame from them ( http://www.pipedreamcycles.co.uk/shop/scion-r853/). Have mailed them 3 times over a 2 week period and not heard a peep. Bit gutting really as was quite vibed about getting a frame from them. R really want to speak to them before i buy one to make sure i get the frame size right, and also as I want to get pannier mounts brazed on.
Anybody had luck contacting them? the number i found online just rings off too...
Charlie

I was ignored three years ago when trying to buy one.
I now ride a Sanderson.

Thanks. Good to know i'm not the only one. Never heard of Sanderson but the Life looks pretty sweet. Any idea what their contact details are?

They always seem difficult to contact, although the frames are nice, it doesn't sell bikes if you dont speak to customers.

They always seem difficult to contact
It must be a sideline and they have their day jobs?

Come warranty time- are they currently difficult to get hold off then? I've always laughed that if you want to contact a company with a problem hit the sales line button and you are straight through... problem line you are on hold.
