Its either an old rockshox sid air adaptor or a Marzocchi one.
Marzocchi fork air adaptor.

It's an adapter that screws onto your shock pump for some Marzocchi forks. I have loads, but never one when I need it. 😡
Not sure if they are still needed with newer Marz forks or not.
