Although I probably only need bearings, my maintenance allergic brother needs me to sort his wobbly FSA headset . The same model costs £68 and the bearings £15 but I daren't only order the bearings as I only have the bike for an hour or two and he lives some distance away .  Do the STW hive mind have any suggestions for a perfectly good budget replacement or is that the going price these days ? Likewise .for £70 is there better to be had ?

Thanks in advance as always , much appreciated, Bill

How about Superstar components. You could get a slackeriser version if the angles need updating a bit

I’d suggest Superstar.  Check their facebook and instagram for discount codes and they are even better value but I’d still recommend them at regular price.

£70 is expensive, almost Hope price

You could probably get a Nukeproof for under £30

Thirding superstar, was very impressed with the quality when I picked one up for a tapered headtube. Easily there with the hopes and cane creeks I’ve had/got
