Planning a cycle with my mate at the weekend, was hoping to go from Kirkcaldy and remain primarily offroad, ideally a distance of around 20 miles.
Anyone got any suggestions of good tracks?

was ideally looking for something a little more offroad..I'm sure there is a way to get from kirkcaldy up to the bin hill in burntisland off road, but can't remember the route.

the fife coastal path is ok, you could always cycle it to north queensferry, cycle across the bridge and then dalmenys estate to edinburgh... train home or vice versa? nice afternoon out rather than amazing trails...
