Thinking of going there for a week soon with the family and wondered if you could recommend me any decent places to ride. Thanks in advance.

While you're waiting for the OP to reply, I'm heading to Newquay in a couple of weeks. Any recommendations for places to ride?

Cann woods north of Plymouth is a bit of fun. But it might be in Devon.

There are some trails in the woods at nearby Seaton. You'll need to do some searching though.

Ok just to clarify

Gawton is situated near Gunnislake & is in fact in Devon not on the Cornwall side of the river Tamar.

Cann woods north of Plymouth is a bit of fun. But it might be in Devon.

Yep Cann woods is still in Devon.

Looe for me next week....wasn't planning on taking the bike but....

As SM says there are trails in the woods near Seaton but you would need a local to show you them, sadly I don't know the woods at all. Snakebite if you are prepared to travel a bit from Looe then there is Bodmin Moor starting @ Minions again you'll need a guide. If you want a guide then pm me addy in profile & I'll see what I can do.
