I was thinking of just putting new rims on my old Hope hubs for the xc bike, not looking for top performing, just decent... But Crest rims are expensive, Pacentis are back up in price... Any other good suggestions for tubeless xc 29er rims?
DT X392 is only £25 from germany but 440g so not that close in weight...

I just picked up some ZTR Alpines for £35 a rim from Triton cycles.
Edit - wrong size! Should have read properly.

440grams seems to be about the tipping point for cost.
Crests come nicely below that but £60 ish a rim
Dt's you mention 440, SSC sentinals 440 -£40
worth considering your own weight and riding with crests, some people have dinged them ( many others probably haven't:-)
