Saturday night, de-badged no brand frame, rev forks, novatec hubs, Alex rims, rp23, slx kit.
My own fault, but on the long shot off-chance... Thnx

Given the other stolen bike threads, thought id post an update. I recovered the bike myself being ridden on a very popular cycle path in swansea. Two blokes, hoodies etc, ambling along. Certainly using Strava to pinpoint bike rides and riders. The other bloke was on a blue hard tail, with yellow forks. Anyway, to my mind confirmation that the app is being used by thieves. I was only visiting swansea and hadn't set any privacy zones. Thnx

What happened? Did you go in hard with the bombers? Or just wander up and say "that's my bike mate, can I have it back?". Details of the recovery appreciated, especially if it involves wee / shoes / bomber / nuking from orbit...

Dashed, pretty much as you said! Stopped them, both in their 30s and explained it was mine. Claimed they'd bought it in a boot sale. I know the law, so to avoid (me) getting a kicking and mugged, I gave him 40 quid to return it ! Sad, but I just wanted it back

Loughor, can you say which popular bike path it was and where it was stolen from? It would help us locals if we knew that info.

Sorry for the delay, two day journey back to HK. Anyway, Ambrose has it, halfway between Dunvant and Gowerton.
