Brighton to London [b]on road[/b], returning via the [b]off road[/b] route. Both will basically follow the BHF routes - looking at 56miles on tarmac, and about 65-70 via simple dirt tracks/Downs link type routes...
Was thinking first weekend in August (BH one I believe), probably the Sunday...
Meet at Brighton Pier, head up to Richmond Park for lunch (bring a packup), and then head back to the sea and grab food again....

How about the last weekend in July?? (still not a bank hol, but realised I don't have a friend's wedding that weekend, but I do in early August... :oops:)
