Hi all,

Is there a cheaper version of the same stuff?

0w30 oil and sram butter?

They seem a bit inflated in price so thought I'd ask if anyone knows?

Thanks

I use Stendec Easy Glide grease. Pretty good so far.

Sram Butter is basically Slickoleum, but im not sure you can find it any cheaper. or you can use slick honey grease.

for the oil, you can buy 0w30 engine oil but it not the same stuff! i dont really know if there are any alternatives...

If you want 'proper' SRAM 0w30 you need Maxima ultra4 0W30.

I bought a litre of the stuff. Planning on selling it in small bottles, enough to service pikes twice for a couple of quid. Same for reverb fluid and the monarch shock oil i bought to service the shock. Jusr sourcing the bottles as we speak...

TF Tuned Lower Lube seems to be the same bottle for just about every fork. i.e. doesn't need to be 0w30.

Grease, I've used RSP Ultra Slick Grease from TF for a mix of Rockshox forks.

Uppers oil, I see TF now spec 2.5wt for charger dampers in their refresh kits. Not done mine yet, but shame as I've got several bottles of what they used to supply which is 5wt. I bet it'll still be okay though.
