I've agreed to cook on Saturday night for some folks who are doing a sponsored ride on Sunday. What can I do instead of the usual pasta and garlic bread?

Sheldon, you are a sick, sick man. Anyway, that's mostly protein, they're after carbs ๐Ÿ™‚

Curry is an option I suppose, although there is always the 'morning after' angle to think about.

Ah, there's a thought, paella...
