Hi people, just wondering if anyone here uses a shimano alfine tensioner on their singlespeed? Are they fairly stiffly sprung? They are on the cheap at CRC and am tempted 'cause they look nice. Have been happy with a fire eye spur but they seem to be twice the price I paid a year or two ago!

they're not at all 'sprung'.
you undo a bolt, move the arm, tighten the bolt.
they're a bit crap imho.
