Hi,
I have a GENESIS Day One Alfine 8 Di2. As the name suggests it has a Alfine 8 DI2 setup. This has worked beautifully until recently, when it started to jump out of gear in 7th and 8th. The problem is worse in 8th than in 7th.
I've updated the firmware on all the components but this hasn't helped. Does anyone know if there is anything I can adjust to try and resolve this please? Or a likely cause?
The bike and hub are still under warranty, so I'm thinking it might have to go back for repair/replacement.
