I've got an Alfine 11 hub and shifter on pre-order from Wiggle, but they don't have the fitting kit listed.
So, is there anywhere else that I can pre-order the fitting kit from - and are the sprockets going to be the same between the 8 and 11 speed hubs so I can go ahead and get one/pre-order this as appropriate?

Sprockets are the same for 8 and 11 speed, codes are CSS50018 or CSS50020 depending on the size. Fitting kit is an SMS700 and any decent bike shop can backorder one for you.

Just checked on Wiggle, this fitting kit should be 11 speed as it contains CJ-S700 which is the 11 speed cassette joint unit.
