I seriously can't tell. There's no tell tale knock, but I can move my rims a good few millimetres.
Any ideas.

Flex - I have had it for 4 years - aiming to upgrade soon ๐ I am also not a big sac of potatoes (74Kg) ๐ The hubs on mine are a sweet as a nut though - if the bearings are rough you will feel it - if they are loose when you rock the rim there will be a knocking rather than a flexing if that makes sense ?
Could try 1/2 turn on each nipple?

Just thought if I test the wheel in different areas I should get different results if its flex?

All wheel flex to some degree.

If its rogue spokes the flex should different in places?

I would think it would have a history of going out of true if individual spokes were faulty?
