Curious, as a neighbour has one, and I was always impressed by it's robustness....

Don’t think so. The website no longer works IIRC.
I’ve had a 4 and 2 bike and very industrial but good bit of kit.
I have most of a 2 bike in my shed that doesn’t get used anymore if you’re local (Darlington)and any use?
It just needs the uprights.
