Will a Lezeyne Overdrive or similar get an Airshot up to at least 100psi? Or is that a dumb question, by definition...
my Topeak Joe Blow did, but when it went higher the seals blew out. Now I use a Renkompressor.

Yeah, thought it might. My Floor Drive struggles, the seals need help to get it up to 100 easily.
I have a Topeak pump that was supposedly good for 160psi but getting past 120 was basically impossible, it looked like it was going to destroy the thing. I went out and got a Boardman one from Halfords for £35 or something, for both the Airshot and my track bike, and it's a doddle. Superb pump.
My Lidl pump gets my homemade 2 litre coke bottle air shot up to pressure . It also puts over 100psi in road bike tyres. They only a fiver I’ve used it for years.
My 15 year old Joe blow gets mine to about 120 psi no problems.
