Anyone had any bike related AH HA!!! Moments come at them out of the blue?!
For a couple of months now I’ve been toying with the idea of building up a sonder transitter, currently owning all the bits to swap over with exception of wheels, I’d need to buy new wheels (BIG expense) as current rims won’t take plus sized tyres
Deliberating pretty much daily over the “how different is it really? Is it for me?” In regards to bigger tyres, nowhere near in stock of plus tyre bikes to try out
I have been driving my in laws car for a week or so now, just been to pick up my car from them (which has low profile tyres as opposed to regular?! big jobs) and noticed the difference in feel on the road instantly and it came to me…
Ah ha!!! This must be similar to the feeling of going between plus and non plus tyres…
I think I’m gonna bite the bullet on the sonder…
Or am I looking at this all wrong?!
