Anyone used them? Do they actually work as a brake? Need to know as I only use a front brake, but need it to stop a very light person on a getting lighter bike...........or does this way lie madness?????

I don't have the Aest brakes but do use kcnc vb1s which are even lighter.
I found them to be fantastic and well up to pretty aggressive Xc riding.

They are good, alot like the KCNC but a lot cheaper.
