Hi all long time no chat !
still biking just not surfing the tinternet on council time these days !
so my cousin has tasked me with selling a couple of late 1980s joe murray konas
so may seem a silly question but wheres best place to advertise ?
im aware of retro bike which seems a good option ,are there any others ?
or should i just pop them on ebay with loads of pics and details and send links to these specialist forums
thanks for any advice

Retrobike would be the one I'd go to first.

What do you have out of interest?

thanks for the advice
1 x cinder cone with the splash paint job and 1 x fire mountain

i would rather sell to someone who will restore them to original spec so retro bike fits the bill. however ebay is easy re auction as no idea what there worth as not sure whats original and whats not. would auctioning it on ebay at 99p start price then putting a link on retro bike be acceptable IM RATHER OUT THE LOOP THESE DAYS ?

I got £120 for a totally original 94 lava dome with spare rockshox quadra forks on eBay. Guess you should be a bit more than that for a cinder cone?

thanks for that
ive checked out retro bike and it seems they have a forum labeled whats my bike worth . so i will get a opinion and advertise at a fair price as i would really like to get a good price for my cousin but i would also like to see it going to someone with the ability to restore it to its former glory as i believe the cinder cones are few and far between
