Hi folks
I'm converting my 9 speed 2010 Stumpy to a 2 x 10 crankset and was wondering if I could have some advice from those already experienced with such cranksets.
I'm on a 9 speed XTR rear cassette with an X0 rear derailleur (Redwin). I would like to keep these.
Up front I'm currently building the crankset. Its to be a Truvativ X0 175mm carbon cranks (GXP) with a 2 x 10 Northshore GXP Spider billet (104/64 BCD). I want to run 32t and 22t chain rings.
Question I have is firstly, will this combo work with the right chain rings?
Secondly, what do people recommended as a reliable make of 32t and 22t rings that will shift gear smoothly, with no chain suck etc but give good life?
Any advice would be very greatly appreciated!
Cheers!
Greensandman.
