on the map, there are loads of tracks, but it looks like a danger area.
I am wanting to ride from alwinton/holystone area, to byrness/Rochester area.....offroad if possible.
anyone done it, or know if it is ok the ride through the danger area's
i am flabbergasted.....the font of all knowledge has failed me.. 😕

Ive ridden up through Harbottle woods - out the top and to Cocklaw green and down lane to Rochester.Was a weekend and NO red flags -its all bridleway.

yes as far as know its Ok if no red flags - theres a notice on fence/gate at edge of forest explaining that , as far as I can remember
