thinking of swapping out my Shimano XT brakes for SRAM Guides and would like to retain XT shifter. I'd like to keep the cockpit as tidy as possible so anyone know of any mounts?

If you're currently using a direct mount shifter I think you have to buy a new shifter with a standard mount.
I couldn't even get my I-Spec B to mount to I-Spec 2 brakes when Shimano warrantied my XTs.
