Very sad news........
Very sad news, may the trails be forever dry and dusty for you..
As above; very sad news. Sincere sympathies with her family and friends.
Sad sad news. Thoughts with all affected.
I met her twice- she rescued us when richpips winter Bob Graham didn't work out and once when she comprehensively beat me in the three peaks. That she remembered me on the second occasion amazed me but it seems she was an amazing person. The number of people and the thoughts expressed in these threads speak volumes about the kind of person she was which, I guess, is a good legacy to leave, albeit far too soon.
Love to all
This sucks.
Happy trails Jenn.
awful news
RIP
As I said on the front page.
Thirty bloody Eight how can someone so full of joy & life be taken so young.
I know It makes no difference but I’m actually angry…
It might not be the correct words or emotion but that’s what I feel.
Sad,sad news..thoughts are with you all at STW.
Thirty bloody Eight how can someone so full of joy & life be taken so young.
There's not much you can add to that is there. Cruel world.
Some tears in the Rushton household tonight.
Jenn was one of those nice people that we'd keep meeting in a field somewhere at various mtb events. One of our treasured photo albums has a nice pic of her at SSWC in Sweden - even more precious now.
May your trails be ever dry and dusty
RIP Jenn
🙁
Awful news. As mentioned a few pages back, my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer 2 months ago and was given 3 months to live. We said goodbye to him 3 weeks ago now... What a shitty world this is sometimes.
We'll miss you Jenn, thank you for everything you gave to this community of ours. Thoughts are with your loved ones tonight.
So sad 😥 ride in peace Jenn - my thoughts are with your friends and family.
🙁
The world is so unfair so much of the time. No battle was lost, just a terrible disease that we have to keep trying to learn how to cure.
To leave with so much love and respect from your peers shows how well a life was lived.
RIP
So sad.
Go ride Jenn
Gutted. Never met Jenn but feel the collective STW loss.
Rest in peace Jenn and heartfelt condolences to your family and friends x

RIP Jenn.
Really sorry to hear this, my thoughts go to her loved ones.
My g/f has breast cancer (maybe cured?, fingers crossed) and it's a truly awful thing to experience. I'm welling up now.
R.I.P. Jenn.
Nothing I could ever say that could ease the pain
Be strong. RIP Jenn x
RIP Jenn. A truly sad loss. And no age. Our thoughts are with all her family and friends
RIP Jenn
RIP Jenn. I'll remember our final talk and the goodbye always but more than that I'll remember the good rides, shared hip flasks, pubs and good old banter.
Ride In Peace dear Jenn, Ride In Peace. x
Sad news
I never met Jenn, but judging by the lovely words from those that have the world is now missing one of the good ones.
My condolences to everyone who knew her
I've just caught up with this dreadfully sad news… my condolences to Jenn's family and friends. RIP.
Sad news. Far too young. R.I.P.
There's that saying about measuring the worth of a person by the gap they leave when they're gone.
Sounds great until you think of those left with the gap.
Best wishes to all who knew & loved her
Terrible news.
Never met her but she brought a lot of people together on bikes, for which she will be fondly remembered.
Sad news, really sad. 😥
This just popped up on a playlist
When you meet death
Be out of breath
And say you're pleased to see him 'cos you're tired
Time for a breather Jenn, you earned it. All the best to her friends and family at this bad time.
Mike
So very sad. RIP Jenn.
🙁
RIP Jenn.
Will be in my thoughts when I'm in the hills tomorrow. Rest easy.
So terribly sorry to hear this. RIP.
Very sorry to hear this.
I'm so sorry.
Ride free, Jenn. Events won't be quite the same without you popping up...
I don't think I'll ever forget meeting her halfway down the Mega course - I can only assume she recognised my atrocious riding, given I was in full ATGNI kit, but she did recognise me and stopped to chat for a minute - just one of the good memories she has left me with.
Thoughts are with her family & friends, too.
