my headset is starting to sound pretty bad I've just stripped de-greased re-greased and re-fitted but it still isnt great but what a minefield it is trying to find a replacement.
my bike is a 2011 trek remedy 7 and i know its a 1" 1/8th to a 1.5" steerer but is it internal or integrated or integral? anyone replaced a remedy's headset yet? WTF!? 😐

the bearing specs should be written on them so you can get replacements.

Had the same on a Remedy 9 a few days back, upper bearing was ok so fitted just the lower assembly from a Hope Tapered to save the customer money, upper should fit fine too if you need both.
