Couldn't sleep past 6 this morning, so given I don't actually need to get out of bed until 8, decided to do some fettling.
So off to the shed, fitted goodridge hose to front brake (thanks bikewhisperer!), after a minor brake fluid trauma, all done.
Next time to replace the rear mech outer and inner cables. Bosh! Done!
CBA with the front mech one, so that can wait for now.
Oh look a puncture, **** it! Time for brekkie.
Off to work with the warm glow of an early morning fettle in the shed. 😉

I too fettled this morning! One of my nano's needed regreasing as it had developed an annoying click. Time for peany b on toast.
My life has improved immeasurably since moving to a house with a decent sized shed.
Oddly the family had been up for an hour when I finally came in.
There was mention of a bed addition to the shed. Not sure that wasn't a mild threat though....

I spent a very enjoyable hour at 6:00am on Sunday morning servicing my rear shock* on the patio (fnarr, gruntle etc). Warm sun, no kids, fresh coffee and nothing to bother me except the dawn chorus.
*They go off with quite a bang even when the air is out of them don't they! I nearly had an accident.
Especially when its been stuck down! Flies the full length of the garden if aimed right!
