Not bad (apart from still trying to shake a cough off). Had a blast round Thetford now it's dry. The Beast was running nice and fast.

Had a good weekend but not much fun riding happened. BMX track on Friday (which I am shockingly bad at) then 30 mile road ride yesterday. Woburn after work tomorrow if the weather is any good ๐Ÿ™‚

That air supply line looks awesome.

Watched both road races, wonderful experience particularly Saturday on box hill, the speed, commitment of our team, great to see the road painted and all the flags. Rode the bike to see the ladies race wonderful result for Lizzie. What a pleasure it is to ride a bike on a closed road.

France beat the US in the swimming relay with Australia way back. Drama.

Was a great one Tony, so many folk progressing on to new stuff. Credit due for that air supply line, I never thought a 25ft gap would feel so chilled!

Chamonix next weekend!!!!!!!!!
