I just took my Mini Morph pump apart because it wasn't working properly this morning. Drier than a Buzzards ball sack in there, and it's only 8 years old!

These days seatposts do have bearings that need checking and regular maintenance

In 5 years my dropper has seen only an occasional squirt of lube. It;s never been off the bike let alone taken apart.
